Phase two
completes this comprehensive redevelopment of the former hospital buildings and grounds providing a total of 99 new build homes (over 75% now occupied) comprising Studios, One and Two bed flats together with Two and Three bedroomed family houses, some with separate study's or study areas.

Transport, Access, Sustainability

Redruths West End will be linked via a new combined landscaped footpath/cycleway to Gweal Pawl, additionally providing safe and easy access to public transport, including bus routes and the main line rail network.  The A30 dual carriageway is immediately accessible, where Truro is approximately a 20 minute drive.

All our homes are designed to address sustainability and of course comply with the highest levels of insulation now demanded within the construction process.  There are a number of 'green' open spaces maintained on behalf of the community.

   

Security, Quality, Comfort, Choice

Every home will be centrally heated via an economical combination condensing gas boiler to radiators each with individual thermostats or room controls. All windows and doors are double glazed with traditional wooden surrounds*. Energy bills are expected to be low. Specially selected kitchens include a range of quality fitted units and appliances.
